Limo Request
This is a Transportation request form.
It will be forwarded to one of Superbiz’s members-Limo company for processing and availability. Once your reservation is confirmed, a Superbiz rep will contact you with the reservation#, contact info and pricing for the Limo company that accepted the service. Superbiz will submit the request, however availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the limousine company.
Note: This is NOT an availability request, it is a reservation request. Superbiz will book the request below and it cannot be canceled and/or refunded. By submitting the form below you accept the aforementioned conditions.
