Courier Service Request
This is a Messenger or Courier Service request form.
It will be forwarded to one of Superbiz’s members-A Messenger company for processing and availability. Once your request is confirmed or booked, a Superbiz rep will contact you with the confirmation#, contact info and pricing for the Courier or Messenger company that accepted the service. Superbiz will submit the request, however availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the Courier company.
Note: This is NOT an availability request, it is a reservation request. Superbiz will book the request below and it cannot be canceled and/or refunded. By submitting the form below you accept the aforementioned conditions.
